We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join both our flooring and roofing teams. In these roles, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success by providing expert guidance to our customers and assisting them in selecting the perfect options for their needs. Your ability to establish rapport, assess customer preferences, and close sales will be instrumental in your success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Greet and assist customers in our showroom or at their homes to assess their needs
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer spaces and provide accurate measurements and estimates.
• Collaborate with our design team to offer creative and personalized solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to secure sales
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.

• Previous sales experience in the flooring or roofing industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
