Genghis Grill is a 100+ unit growing fast casual chain in America. It is the largest Mongolian stir fry chain, and is popularly known for the build-your-own-bowl option. Fans (our customers) can walk over to the fresh market bar, formerly known as Khan's Kitchen, where they can select and choose from over 80+ fresh ingredients. Fans pick their favorite proteins, seasonings, veggies, sauces and starches. They then hand off their creation to a grill master where they cook their bowl to perfection on a large, sizzling hot 7 foot circular grill.
