About Us

Highland Medical Aesthetics is a medical spa that was started by Sara and Itzel who combined their complementary medical backgrounds in emergency medicine, plastic surgery and dermatology into their love of aesthetic medicine.

We offer an array of non-invasive treatments including injectables such as dermal fillers and toxins.

In addition, we offer skin care treatments such as dermaplaning, facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and platelet-rich plasma treatments for skin regeneration, diminishing the appearance of scars, and hair regeneration.
